Saturday Night Yoga at the Co-op (Fall Series) | Rochester

As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, make space to slow down and reconnect. Our Saturday Night Yoga series returns this fall, bringing movement, breath, and community to the co-op café.

Join us every Saturday evening from 7–8pm, September through November, for an all-levels yoga class in a warm, welcoming space. 

This fall’s classes will be led by Emma Smith, a seasoned instructor known for her thoughtful, grounding teaching style. Emma teaches at Uptown Pilates & Yoga and the University of Minnesota Rochester, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to the co-op community. 

What to Know:

  • Please bring your own yoga mat

  • All levels welcome, beginners encouraged

  • Free co-op coupon for all attendees

  • No payment required at registration
    A free-will donation (suggested $5–15) will be collected at the class. Venmo and cash accepted.
