Warm up your winter with some friendly (and delicious) competition at the PFC Chili Cook-Off! On Saturday, February 28 from 12–2 PM, join us to taste a variety of homemade chilis crafted by local community members and cheer on your favorites.
Cooks can enter either the Meat or Vegetarian category for just $5, with 100% of entry fees benefiting Hunger Task Force, a local nonprofit supporting food access.
Entries will be judged on flavor, appearance, aroma, and texture, with category winners receiving a $100 PFC gift card and a “People’s Pick” prize of a PFC cookbook and golden ladle.
Chili drop-off runs from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, judging begins shortly after noon, and the public is invited to sample chili and help choose the People’s Pick. Whether entering a pot or just coming to taste, everyone is welcome to celebrate community, good food, and a great cause!
