Key Lime Pie

makes a 9” pie

Pie Ingredients

1 nine-inch pre-made graham cracker crust
8 oz. Cream Cheese - softened
14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Zest and Juice of 2 Key Limes or ¼ Cup Key Lime Juice

Pie Directions

Let cream cheese soften and blend in stainless steele bowl on medium-high with hand mixer until smooth.

Add sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice/zest, blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until set. Top with Fresh raspberries or blueberries and/or fresh whipped cream.

Whipped Cream Ingredients

1 ½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Whipped Cream Directions

Combine the above ingredients in bowl and using a hand mixer on medium-high, whisk until cream becomes stiff and forms peaks. Top pie.
