Store Manager - Full Time

People’s Food Co-op, mission-driven to be the best fresh foods market in the country, is currently seeking a Store Manager for our Rochester, MN store. The Store Manager oversees all areas of store operation, supervise the retail department managers, and ensure that our store is clearn, well-stocked, and well-staffed to provide a great shopping experience for member/shoppers. The Store Manager will sit on the Co-op's Central Resource Team. The Store Manager will have responsibilties in the areas of: customer service, store operations, leadership, planning and budgeting, personnel and asset protection.
