Food Service Data Coordinator - Full Time

To provide operational support through accurate recording of data related to all food service departments in helping them to reach their financial goals.  Maintain accurate documentation of vendors, purchasing and packaging costs, price and transfers.  Responsibilities also include costing our recipes, product labeling and signage and providing excellent customer service. 

Human Resource Generalist - Full Time

Responsible for policy and procedure implementation, new employee orientation, payroll, benefit administration, records managment, compliance with state/federal regulations and interaction with staff on a daily basis.  Also will provide administrative support to the Board of Directors through attending monthly meetings, transcribing and distributing meeting minutes and assisting with board calendar and task list.  Strong verbal and written communications skills and a desire to advance the mission of PFC through outstanding service.  Completed course work in human resources with bachelor's degree preferred.  Minimum two years experience with HR functions. 

 

CURRENT ROCHESTER JOB OPENINGS

Deli Counter Clerk - Full Time & Part Time 

Provide prompt friendly courteous service to include offering samples, answering questions and making suggestions.  Ensure that the deli case is clean, stocked, rotated, garnished, proper signage is used and appealing to customers during entirety of shift.  Perform opening and closing duties to include required production work and cleaning/restocking requirements.  Must be organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple demands.  Schedule is primarily evening shifts, including weekends.
 

Prep Cook I - Part Time  

Knowledge and experience in food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards.  Provide on the job training for all department personnel as needed.  Assist in scheduling and supervision of department personnel.   Assist with ordering supplies/ingredients for department and in overseeing the receipts of orders and verifying invoice accuracies and product quality on all deliveries.  Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards.  Must have ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task and maintain focus.  Maintain a work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state health regulations.

Meat Clerk - Part Time
