Sous chef David Bredesen has been experimenting with kimchi and honing his skills for years, and it has found its way onto multiple menus. Join us at the event space of Bleu Duck Kitchen as David goes through the steps of creating your own delicious Korean specialty, and leave with a jar of his kimchi that you can recreate at home with your new-found knowledge.
