Thanksgiving dinner trepidations? La Crosse

Are you making Thanksgiving dinner for the first time? Do you want to learn “tips of the trade” that will take your dishes to another level? In this class we will cover topics that many home cooks worry about when planning Thanksgiving and other holiday dinners, including brining the turkey, making tasty and flaky pie crusts and stuffings, and how to make gravy that is delicious and lump free. Feel free to pose your unique concerns when you sign up and we will be sure to address them. 

Cost: $15 members; $25 nonmembers.
