Be informed and entertained by the co-op’s own Ethan and his enthusiastic passion for food. Learn the ropes of sausage making and cover topics such as: mixing and grinding techniques, ingredients, types of casings, safe handling, cooking times, and much more. This is a hands-on experience. Cost: $55, which includes a $15 materials fee for meat and ingredients.
