Sausage making and Pearl Street Beer—La Crosse

Everyone’s heard the expression, but we are sure you will want to see this sausage being made! Join PFC meat masters Jason and Bill for a fun evening of learning how to make brats and sausage while enjoying Pearl Street Beer samples expertly matched to the very fresh and flavorful meats. Everyone will get the chance to mix, grind, and stuff the casings. You will learn different casings, how to vary the spices, and other good additions for the best homemade brats and sausages. We will cook a variety to sample along with the beers. Must be 21 to attend this class. 

Cost: $20 members; $30 nonmembers.
