Intro to Mexican Techniques

People’s Food Co-op is excited to announce a very special cooking class series featuring Chef Karl Wagner.

Originally from La Crosse, Karl Wagner works with Chefs Ian Knauer and Shelley Wiseman (both formerly food editors at Gourmet magazine) at the Farm Cooking School in Titusville, NJ. There, Karl teaches classes, sous-chefs monthly farm to table dinners, and manages baking and food service at our farmers markets. He's studied with French baker Richard Bertinet in Bath, England, and has extensive experience baking and teaching French, Italian, and rustic sourdough breads. He also helps to write, produce, and host the school’s food and farming-centric podcast, The Farm Cooking School: The Podcast.

We are delighted to have Karl working with People's Food Co-op for the month of January, while home before beginning a two-year working tour of farms and restaurants in Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy, and France.
