A Gluten-free Diet

What’s all the Fuss? Reasons for a Gluten-Free Diet: Understanding Celiac Disease, Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity, and Wheat Allergy.

In this class Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Virginia Horth will describe the differences and similarities of these conditions, how each is defined, and the symptoms one might experience. Key diagnostic features, treatment, and resources will be addressed as well.

Note this is an informational class, not a cooking class. The instructor may present particular products and foods, but will not be cooking with them.
