Diabetes and pre-diabetes cooking-La Crosse

Join Viterbo University Nutrition and Dietetics students for an informational presentation and interactive cooking class that focuses on nutritional management of diabetes and pre-diabetes. The cooking class will emphasize vegetarian main and side dishes.
The students will also conduct an assessment screening clinic from 5:00–5:30 which includes a cholesterol test for $10.00 and blood glucose test for $1.00.
