Bleu Duck chef counter—Rochester

It’s tomato season, and that means fresh caprese salad. We will be pairing our local heirloom tomatoes with Chef Jordan’s hand-pulled fresh mozzarella. Jordan will walk you through the steps of moz making so you can fully indulge this tomato season. 

Cost: $15 members; $25 nonmembers.
