Join Busya for an interesting and delicious evening: we will learn about the characteristics and history of beets, their importance to Russian culture and cuisine while making two classic Russian beet dishes: a vegetarian borsch, and a vinaigrette salad, and one of Busya’s own creations: beets caviar (no fish eggs!), with Russian black bread. Busya is a native of Dubna, Russia, a La Crosse Sister City.
